BEFORE YOUR FITTING
The details,
made simple.
How does the refundable deposit work?+
The deposit is paid in addition to the hire fee. It is refunded after the gown is returned and inspected, subject to the agreed rental terms.
Can I reserve a gown before fitting it?+
Your fitting appointment is confirmed online as soon as you book an open time. The gown itself is reserved separately once fit and event-date availability have been confirmed.
How do I know whether a dress will fit?+
Sizing and fit are confirmed during your appointment. Add your usual dress size to the request so the most suitable options can be prepared.
When do I collect and return the gown?+
Collection and return arrangements are confirmed with your booking, based on your event date.
What if a gown is damaged or returned late?+
Any repair, specialist cleaning or late-return costs are handled under the signed rental agreement and may be deducted from the deposit.

Good to know.
Hire fees and refundable deposits are shown on each dress. An open fitting slot is reserved immediately when the online booking is confirmed. Gown availability, payment, collection and return details are confirmed separately. A rental agreement covering garment care, damage, cleaning and late return applies to every confirmed hire.
